Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the new HRIS system across the business.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
* Map and analyse current HR workflows and processes, recommending improvements.
* Manage data migration and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
* Deliver system training and support to HR, managers, and employees.
* Configure the system to align with reporting, workflow, and permissions needs.
* Act as the main point of contact for the HRIS vendor and manage issue resolution.
* Support post-implementation optimisation and continuous improvement.
* Champion change and adoption across the organisation through effective communication.

Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in HR, Business, or Project Management.
* Proven experience implementing or managing an HRIS system.
* Strong understanding of HR operations and systems integration.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident communicator and experienced in delivering training.
* Highly analytical with strong Excel/data handling capabilities.
