Job Description:
NuSolas Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will report to the Business Development Manager and play a key role in supporting lead generation, qualification tasks, and sales operations. This position involves handling inbound inquiries, logging sales opportunities in the CRM system, and coordinating follow-ups. Additionally, the role will include identifying potential clients and actively promoting our solar PV products and services to key decision-makers.
Working closely with the sales and technical teams, the Sales Administrator must be adaptable, have a high attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in sales within the renewable energy sector.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Shannon, Co. Clare
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and respond to incoming sales inquiries, serving as the initial point of contact.
Research and engage potential clients to promote NuSolas Energy's solar PV solutions.
Understand client needs and technical requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
Assign qualified leads to the internal team for pricing, design, and proposal development.
Conduct follow-ups via emails and phone calls for proposals and tenders.
Review and analyze inquiries and tender documents to ensure all necessary information is available.
Accurately log and manage all sales leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
Maintain and update CRM and SharePoint databases to ensure data accuracy.
Support administrative tasks, including database management, supplier/vendor form completion, and document organization.
Assist with other sales support functions as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
2-5 years of experience in a sales support, business development, or marketing role.
Prior experience in the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector is advantageous (training will be provided).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Experience with CRM software Salesforce is preferred.
Fluency in English is required.
