HR Generalist Focus on Employee Relations Location: Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin Type: Full-time | Hybrid & Flexible Working Own transport recommended (due to location and occasional travel between sites) About the Role Were looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in employee relations whos ready to step up and make a real impact. Youll work closely with managers across the business, providing expert HR support while helping to shape a positive, people-first culture. What Youll Do Manage and support employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance management). Advise managers on HR policy, employment law, and best practice. Conduct HR investigations with professionalism and confidentiality. Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation across systems. Support absence management, audits, and HR reporting. Partner with business leaders to drive engagement and culture initiatives. What Were Looking For 3+ years HR experience, ideally with strong ER exposure (Supply Chain & Logistics Industry related an advantage). Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices. Confident managing ER cases with sound judgment and discretion. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A calm, professional, and people-focused mindset.
