An established, high-quality restaurant and townhouse in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, and mentoring junior kitchen team members. Competitive hourly rate starting from €16.50 per hour Long-term employment with opportunities for career growth Work with premium local and artisan ingredients Join a respected and award-winning hospitality team Supportive, professional environment with a strong culinary focus Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to consistently high standards Always maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen Contribute to the creation and development of new menu items Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety procedures Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Support and guide junior chefs when required Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation requirements Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie role Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation Good understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluent English (required) Must have the right to work in Ireland Must be able to commute or relocate to Roscommon Town before starting work Skills: Team Managemenr/ Organisation/ Time management
