SSA is recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a top-ranked Building Main Building Contractor, to be based in South Dublin.
About the role:
Office based with hybrid working supported, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: developing & managing budgets, leading procurement strategies & subcontractor management, identifying risks & opportunities, conducting examinations of contract documents & ensuring contract compliance, recording details relating to contractual delays, mentoring a small team of QS's, and much more.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 10+ years experience within a Main Contractor environment
- Proven experience managing high value contracts
- Large-scale project experience in Ireland or the UK
- MSCSI or working towards chartership
- Valid working rights within Ireland
