Senior Pharmacist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our agency team, working with the National Cancer Control Programme on a temporary contract.
The role is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering cancer services in hospitals across Ireland. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive pharmaceutical plans, adhering to national guidelines and regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, aligning with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, promoting best practices within the organisation and advancing the field of pharmacy.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in pharmaceutical principles and practices.
* Valid PSI registration as a pharmacist, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
* Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, laws, and industry developments.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your work environment.
* Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance (if applicable), maintaining a secure and trustworthy work environment.
