We have partnered with an international Private Equity fund to hire an Investment Associate for its Dublin -based investment team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to strategic investments and play a role in active asset management.
Responsibilities include:
* Researching and analysing financial statements, industry information, technical and financial data and presenting conclusions to investment team members
* Developing and critically reviewing, stress testing and commenting on financial models
* Synthesizing key findings from research, financial analysis and meetings with industry, co -investors and external advisors into investment memoranda and presentations
* Participating in presenting investment findings to investment committees
* Researching prospective industries to develop industry theses and assisting in generating investment ideas
Required:
o At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or a similar field
o Experience in or knowledge of the infrastructure sectors is considered a plus
o An undergraduate or post -graduate degree in business, engineering or other quantitative fields
o Proven strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills with attention to detail
o European languages are beneficial
