You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate across diverse teams to deliver impactful, scalable AI systems.The opportunityThis role offers the opportunity to influence EY’s AI strategy and build solutions that align with global standards and regulatory frameworks.General RequirementsHands-on Team Lead/Architect. Defines technical standards, codes daily, ensures compliance and safe MVP delivery.Experience: 3-5 years across SWE/ML and AI systems design; proven delivery in enterprise/(regulatory contexts a bonus)Academic Credentials: MSc or PhD preferred; equivalent senior industry experience acceptable with enterprise-scale delivery.Expected Deliverables (indicative): Enterprise-grade GenAI and multi-agent orchestration; vendor/LLM selection and portfolio strategy (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, Hugging Face); established coding/CI/CD/documentation standards, storage and retrieval, knowledge architectures incl. RAG, agent perception layers.Core Skills: Python, Docker/Kubernetes/ECS at scale; event-driven (Kafka/RabbitMQ); observability.Patterns: Tree-of-Thought, multi-agent orchestration, debate/deliberation agents; RLHF/RLAIF strategy awareness.Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Machine Learning / AI SkillsComprehensive AI across NLP, Computer Vision, Document Intelligence, Time Series, and multimodal GenAI.Expert use of PyTorch/TensorFlow and Hugging Face; integration of ML into enterprise pipelines.Design of organization-level evaluation and scoring frameworks (text, vision, multimodal) with release gates (R/A/G).Governance: alignment to ISO 42010 and EU AI Act; model/prompt/data versioning; audit logs; risk management.LLM Strategy: evaluate and standardize across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Llama) and vector platforms (Pinecone/Weaviate/Milvus).Cloud: multi-cloud and hybrid architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP; reliability/SLOs; cost/tokens governance.Ideally, You’ll also haveMSc or PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent senior industry experience.Experience in designing evaluation frameworks and release gates for AI models.Knowledge of vector platforms like Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus.What We Look ForWe’re looking for innovative thinkers who are passionate about AI and eager to make a difference.
