PJ Personnel are currently working alongside one of our leading clients in recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Manager for one of our leading clients based on a job in Dublin.
Requirements:
* 5+ Years experience working as a Site Manager on an Irish or UK construction site.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Degree Qualified or ability to demonstrate a full working knowledge of current site management practices with the necessary experience to demonstrate this.
* Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* To be the company representative to liaise and pro-actively work with the Main Contractor's project team.
* Managing and implementing safe systems of working.
* Management of the installation and in-situ concrete gangs working on the project.
* Attending site meetings with Main Contractor
* Scheduling material deliveries in-line with work programmes.
* Maintaining daily site records, labour, plant, quality, etc.
* Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project QS with other duties that may vary over time.
