Our client, a dynamic, multi-site engineering organisation, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Advisor to join their Monaghan office. Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. They will also manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence, as well as lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, CIPD Level 5 (or working towards), and in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, and be organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
