A Learning and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation by implementing strategic people initiatives. This 18-month contract will provide an opportunity to deliver key programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop frameworks for Learning, Talent Management and Organisational Design to align business goals with employee development.
* Ensure business growth through structured processes and aligned structures.
* Manage metrics and reporting for L&D to inform future strategies.
* Create talent maps across the organisation to identify skill gaps.
* Design and deliver manager workshops to enhance leadership skills.
Requirements
* 5 years' experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Design with a strong understanding of job architecture and grading frameworks.
* Proven experience in designing manager training initiatives with measurable results.
* Full driving licence required for travel to offices.
