Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for various finance duties, including:
* Assisting with the payroll function by collating expenses and inputting information into the payroll system on a monthly basis.
* Entering payroll information in Excel summaries.
* Managing debtors by issuing invoices to clients, processing payments, and updating relevant Excel spreadsheets.
* Processing creditors by receiving invoices from suppliers and consultants, making payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT), and recording transactions in relevant Excel spreadsheets.
* Banking - checking bank activity daily and recording transactions.
* Sage Accounts - entering all accounts activity in Sage Line 50.
* Carrying out any other finance duties as required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, proficiency in Sage Accounts and Microsoft Excel is essential.
