Head of Transformation 12 month contract Dublin city centre The Transformation Delivery Lead will provide day-to-day leadership of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring that programme execution is strategically aligned, well-governed and outcome focused. The role will act as the operational hub for the transformation embedding structure, surfacing risks, maintaining delivery momentum and enabling measurable progress across all workstreams. Skills Required: 10 years + experience leading or enabling enterprise transformation within financial services, blue-chip corporates, consulting houses or other complex, regulated environments Proven success operating within or alongside a Transformation Office, Enterprise PMO, or multi-stream change function or multi-year Programme Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional portfolios, mitigate delivery risk and drive measurable outcomes Proven experience of agile and hybrid delivery methods, transformation governance, and roadmap execution Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Skills: Transformation, financial services, Agile
