We are looking for an Business Analyst-Digital Project for an 6 Month Day Rate Contract on a hybrid basis in Dublin. As a Business Analyst supporting Deloitte's public sector client, you will be responsible for: Requirements Gathering & Documentation Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in line with project needs. Conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements. Preparing process flows, requirement traceability, and supporting technical teams with clear and concise documentation. ICT & Digital Project Delivery Supporting the client in assessing the costs, benefits, and risks associated with ICT and digital transformation initiatives. Working closely within agile delivery teams to ensure alignment across developers, testers, and stakeholders. Participating in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Engaging with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders to clarify needs, resolve issues, and obtain sign-off on deliverables. Facilitating workshops, presentations, and discussions to ensure shared understanding and drive decision-making. Managing expectations, ensuring transparency, and maintaining strong communication throughout project cycles. Application Lifecycle & Technical Support Working effectively within a .NET-based Application Lifecycle Management environment. Supporting the Department in shaping the future strategic direction of its BOMi and other digital platforms. Creating system documentation, training materials, and communication packs for both internal and external stakeholders. Quality Assurance, Testing & Incident Support Supporting defect management and ensuring alignment with business requirements during testing cycles. Demonstrating strong knowledge of Problem and Incident Management processes within ICT environments. Utilising Microsoft Test Manager to support test planning, execution, and traceability. Skills Required Strong experience in ICT / Digital BA work. Writing user stories & business requirements. Agile/Scrum delivery. Stakeholder engagement across business & technical teams. Exposure to ALM / .NET environments (nice to have).
