* We are seeking Support Workers to support, encourage and motivate individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion, and personal health & wellbeing.

Requirements:
* A relevant diploma in Social Care or Applied Social Studies (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications)
* CORU registration for Social Care professionals required
* A valid driving licence for manual vehicles in Ireland
