About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead a team of 6–8 senior sales professionals and contribute significantly to the execution of Auxilion's commercial strategy. This high-impact leadership role carries responsibility for key financial outcomes including Gross Margin, Billed Revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue, and New Customer Acquisition. You will also directly manage a small portfolio of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, hiring where required
* Manage a portfolio of key enterprise customer accounts
* Achieve revenue, margin, ARR and new business targets
* Support bid qualification, pricing strategies and high-quality proposal submissions
* Work collaboratively with Delivery, Finance, People & Culture, Marketing and Strategy
* Contribute to Auxilion's go-to-market approach and overall business direction
* Ensure effective account planning and accurate CRM management
* Act as a senior escalation point and represent the customer within the business
* Drive Account-Based Marketing initiatives and customer advocacy programmes
Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management supporting large enterprise customers
* Minimum 10 years' experience in ICT sales
* Proven capability in identifying, qualifying and winning large, complex IT services contracts
* Strong consultative selling expertise
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex customer engagements
* Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate risks
* A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and accountability
