Job Req Number: 116009Time Type: Full TimeCustomer Service Specialist – NaasTo deliver excellent customer service by managing freight forwarding activities from booking through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to customer commitments. The role coordinates closely with customers, internal teams, and overseas offices to monitor shipments, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication throughout the process.
