**Electrical Engineer Opportunity**
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory by delivering compliant, reliable and efficient maintenance of all plant and equipment. You will work closely with Site Maintenance Managers, Planners and API Maintenance Lead to execute the site maintenance program and support the Reliability Engineer in executing Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives.
* Develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns.
* Establish and use reliability & work planning metrics/KPI's to monitor improvement and resource optimization.
* Carry out start up checks on machinery throughout the plant daily.
* Ensure that all servicing and maintenance is done efficiently, safely and hygienically.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* To implement and follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
* To ensure that records are completed.
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:
* Completion of a 4 year approved technical training program in mechanical or electrical repair and maintenance.
* 2 years electrical/mechanical experience; Or, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved including third and fourth year apprentices.
* Leaving Cert, School Diploma or Equivalent.

* Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing environment an advantage, but not essential.
