The Role – Bar Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-end environment — ideal for someone who is passionate about mixology, service excellence, and team development.
As Bar Supervisor, you will lead the operation across multiple bars within the venue, maintain quality control, and help create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding service and high-quality beverages
* Supervise setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the bar, ensuring mise-en-place meets service standards
* Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented promptly in line with FIRE's quality expectations
* Manage bar stock levels, complete requisitions, and oversee inventory
* Train and onboard new staff in cocktail preparation, upselling, and service excellence
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Contribute to the creation of seasonal cocktail menus and the overall bar experience
* Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback with professionalism
* Assist with team rostering, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development alongside the Beverage Manager
* Ensure all bar equipment, fridges, and glassware are fully stocked and ready for service
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* 3–5 years of experience in a bar or supervisory role within premium hospitality
* Solid knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
* Strong skills in stock control, rostering, and team leadership
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example
* Fluent English and legal right to work in Ireland
