The role will involve working closely with the head chef and senior chefs to manage stock levels, assist with menu planning, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Salary:
€30,000 per annum
Job Description:
Working starters and main courses during service
Maintaining food quality and timeliness
Managing stock levels
Assisting the head chef and senior chefs during service
Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Cooking food to order
Leading a section of the kitchen with junior chefs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years chef experience
A-la-carte cooking experience
Experience working in a busy kitchen
Good interpersonal skills
