* As a Clinical Nurse Manager I, you will play a key role in providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in managing a patient cohort. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing professional standards relating to the service and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to patients referred to the service.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing efficient and effective management of a patient cohort

* Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care

* Engaging with stakeholders to develop patient pathways in line with national practice

* Proactively managing quality and safety standards at local and Directorate level

* Demonstrating leadership potential to make an impact, influence, energise, and inspire others across the service and pan hospital

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in teaching and assessing the nursing and healthcare assistant team, excellent keyboard skills, and experience in carrying out audits. A working knowledge of healthcare patient record systems is also desirable.

Required qualifications include being a Registered Nurse/Midwife on the active Register of Nurses and Midwives held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or being eligible to be so registered. The successful candidate will also have 3 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting or relevant clinical area within the last 5 years and demonstrate management/in-charge experience within the last year.
