Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, drive growth, and manage high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Facilities Management sector and be able to develop and execute a robust sales plan that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Identify new market opportunities across hard, soft, energy, sustainability, projects, and integrated FM services.
* Prioritize client needs by providing strong leadership to the business development team while achieving ambitious growth targets.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience in negotiations for long-term partnerships. He/she should also demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities combined with commercial acumen as well as analytical skills which enable making informed decisions within tight deadlines. Results-oriented professionals preferred.
