About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving queries efficiently. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective communication to customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the customer care journey from point of completion to the end of the warranty period.
* Communicate and liaise with customers via email, video chat, telephone, or face-to-face to resolve queries and issues effectively.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, addressing any complaints that arise.
* Accurately log defects into the defect tracker and issue defects to relevant subcontractors and vendors.
* Liaise with site teams regarding raised issues and inform them of recurring complaints.
* Support the Senior Customer Care Manager in maintaining the defects tracker log accurately.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
* Cultivate a proactive approach to learning and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance outcomes.
* Demonstrate significant experience in customer care positions managing high volumes of queries and complaints.
* Exhibit strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
* Possess experience using Zendesk, which would be an advantage for this role.
* A background in the construction/property industry would also be beneficial.
