Accommodation Manager
Overview
We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to manage and oversee the maintenance for the accommodation department, ensuring high quality 4* standards in bedrooms, corridors and public areas. The role promotes a positive, efficient, results‑driven working environment within the department.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of the day‑to‑day running of the accommodation department.
Supervise the servicing of guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standard expected.
Devise departmental rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels in line with business requirements.
Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements for employees and guests.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to multi–skill and make decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of written and spoken English.
Industry qualification is an advantage.
Flexibility to work weekends.
