Job Title: Registered General Nurse - Home Support
Job Location: Carlow
Hours: 8 - 12 hour night shifts available, Monday - Sunday.
Full time and part shifts available.

Role of Registered General Nurse
To provide safe, quality, person-centred care to a child within their home environment. The successful candidate will be part of a nurse-led care team providing clinical care in a home environment.
Responsibilities include...
* Provide excellent evidence-based nursing care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified.
* Prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
* Promote abilities, independence, and safeguard the client's interests at all times.
* Work closely in partnership with family members and the clinical supervision team.
* Communicate effectively with client, family, clinical team & MDT, reporting on client's clinical needs as required.
* Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes.
Qualities
* Demonstrate commitment and competence in the care and welfare of customers' needs.
* Promote recognition of the adult as an individual.
* Demonstrate kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
Qualifications & Experience
* Current registration on the live register of NMBI.
* RCN/RGN Trained.
* Pediatric nurse experience desirable.
* Previous experience in home care is an advantage; full training and support are provided to all candidates.
