Job Description:
As a senior contracts manager, you will oversee the administration of NEC4 and PPP contract management. This involves providing strategic guidance to ensure successful contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of Contract Administration: Provide senior oversight of NEC4 and PPP contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Contractor Performance Monitoring: Lead monitoring of contractor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Project Cost Oversight : Oversight project and programme costs ensuring they are aligned with organisational goals.
Skills Required : ; The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, leadership, problem solving abilities along wit strategic thinking. Strong commercial awareness coupled w best practices in legal documentation is an added advantage. In addition experience in construction law would be beneficial but not essential.
