Reperio has partnered with a leading global fintech seeking a Product Owner to drive the next phase of growth in digital payments. You will own the backlog, shape product delivery, and act as subject matter expert within a cross-functional Scrum team.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate roadmap into product requirements & user stories
2. Prioritise & manage backlog across new features, tech debt & ops items
3. Liaise with Sales & stakeholders to refine requirements and track KPIs
4. Set sprint priorities, review delivery, and report to executive stakeholders
5. Drive collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Engineering, UX
6. Continuously improve processes, identify risks & opportunities
Requirements:
7. 3+ years' Product Owner experience, ideally fintech/payments
8. Strong knowledge of multi-channel payments (eCommerce, PoS, MOTO, acquiring)
9. Background in Agile environments
10. Degree in IT or related discipline
11. Proven experience translating complex deliverables into epics & user stories
12. Strong communication, collaboration & stakeholder management skills
13. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
