We are a leading solar PV installer in Ireland, looking to appoint an experienced Telesales/ Call Centerer Manager to our growing team.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-5 telesales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for the sales teams.
Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and pipeline targets.
Timely Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers promptly to ensure high lead conversion rates.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive attitude in all customer interactions and establish positive rapport.
Data Accuracy: Ensure all information is accurately captured for each conversation.
Team Management:
Supervise and support a team of 4-5 Telesales representatives.
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and strategies.
Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and team targets.

The Person
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Target-Oriented: Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Sales Experience: Experience in outbound sales in a call centre environment is desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Telecoms knowledge within mobile, landline, or hosted sales is an advantage.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience in managing and leading a Telesales team.
Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
