About the Role:

* We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conversational AI Content Specialist. As an essential part of our AI development, your primary responsibility will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to enhance a large language model (LLM).
* Your expertise will involve reviewing guidelines, creating sample prompts and responses in your area of specialization.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Annotate English and market language data accurately and consistently, adhering to predefined annotation guidelines.
2. Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers, providing insights for improvement.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent high-quality classification and content creation.
4. Conduct basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
5. Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to continuous process improvement.
6. Offer insights regarding observed patterns in annotated data.
7. Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

Essential Competencies:
">
* Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility and analytical ability to understand and interpret large datasets.
* Proficiency in the market language – C1 Level.
* High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
* Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification.

Candidate Requirements:

* Fluency in English and German alongside cultural understanding of the market.
* Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments with diverse projects.
* Degree/ 1+ years professional experience preferred.

Work Arrangements:

* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is required.
