As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Deel's presence in new markets and fostering long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
With a keen eye for opportunity, you will identify and pursue potential customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to navigate complex sales environments.
The day-to-day involves collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to pinpoint new leads, and meticulous qualification of these prospects by gaining insight into their onboarding approaches.
* Drive business growth through targeted prospecting efforts, generating high-quality leads that translate into opportunities and closed deals.
* Collaborate with our experienced sales team to develop and refine our sales strategy and technology stack.
* Develop and execute tailored lead development plans via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and strategic campaigns.
* Gain a deep understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, touch-points, and handoffs to Account Executives.
* Design and execute email sequences, conduct cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, and establish meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
* 3-4 years of experience in sales development or similar commercial roles.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and work effectively in remote teams.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in quota-carrying roles.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is highly desirable.
