Cafe Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care, meeting operational standards, and maintaining costs.
* Lead customer service and presentation standards in the unit while providing constant supervision.
* Develop and maintain excellent communication skills with Senior Management.
* Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
* Prepare and assist with food preparation, setting up counters, and take full responsibility for all products.
* Develop an efficient cleaning schedule and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
* Monitor and deliver the HACCP program while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
* Place product orders and control waste in the unit.
* Adhere to specifications, standards, and procedures while ensuring staff comply with company policy.
* Provide ongoing staff training and motivate the team to develop their skills.
* Plan and implement an efficient work schedule to maximize productivity.
* Deal with problems as they arise and report them to Store Management.

Requirements:
* At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar environment.
* Experience with and training on HACCP.
* Experience managing a similar sized restaurant or corporate catering unit.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work with coffee.
* Flexibility to work 5 days over 7.
