Job Description
A Technical Customer Service Specialist is required to work with our medical device manufacturing client. The role involves coordinating sales order processing, liaising between customers and operations teams, ensuring accurate information, and meeting committed delivery dates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order processing function, including orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, and credits.
* Act as the contact point between Customers/Sales Team and Operations, Quality, and Technical teams.
* Liaise with Manufacturing to ensure committed delivery dates are achieved.
* Deal with customer queries in a timely manner.
* Maintain the Contract Review process for New Products/Customers.
* Provide support to Sales Team with timely responses to enquiries.
* Be familiar with products and processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
Requirements:
* Degree in a business or technical field.
* Previous experience in a Customer Services role within a manufacturing/Technical environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Technically competent to understand customer needs related to technical products.
Note: A valid working visa for Ireland is essential.
