Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Annotation Specialist. As an Annotation Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing client terms of use, and gathering relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Effective time management & prioritisation skills.
* Language skills: Fluent in English on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
The working hours are either day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm – 2am). There are no rotations.
