Amicus have been engaged by a leading indigenous consulting firm to assist them recruit an experienced IT Auditor to join their Risk Consulting Department. This role has been created due to continued growth within the organisation. The Role Lead and deliver IT audit engagements, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting. Evaluate and test IT General Controls, Application Controls, and automated business controls across key systems (ERP, cloud, custom applications). Support external statutory audits by performing IT audit procedures that underpin reliance on automated controls and system-generated information Conduct reviews of cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, change management, and system implementation processes. Communicate findings effectively to clients. Supervise junior associates, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback. Skills & Experience Qualified IT Auditor with suitable professional qualification (CISA / CISM / CISSP or equivalent) Honours Third Level graduate of Information Security, Information Systems or related field Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) desirable but not essential Strong IT Audit and IT Risk Management experience in both financial and operational processes Ability to interact with all levels of management Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication, Microsoft Office and report writing skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organisational skills How to Apply Amicus Search & Recruitment manage a strict data protection policy ensuring your information and all forms of communication are held in strict confidence.
