Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining accurate maintenance and operational records, leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, managing and coaching shift teams, identifying team development needs, conducting performance reviews, fostering a culture of growth and accountability, overseeing training compliance, ensuring adherence to 6S standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector, is necessary.
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering systems is essential.
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and coaching experience in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment is mandatory.

Shift Pattern
The role follows a continental 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM), rotating between Week 1 & 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Week 2 & 4: Wednesday, Thursday.
