Weekends & Bank Holidays Aramark is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead data centre operations at a world-class client facility.
You'll oversee mission-critical systems, drive technical excellence, and inspire a high-performing team in one of the most advanced infrastructure environments in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Lead the resolution of technical work orders across all critical systems (electrical, cooling, fire, optical) Supervise infrastructure installs, fibre patching/testing, and data centre networking standards Monitor performance and respond to faults with speed and precision Manage isolations and reinstatements of building services (where authorised) Track and deliver on preventative maintenance and environmental monitoring Own documentation, infrastructure mapping, and incident reporting Oversee third-party contractor works and quality control Lead and support a team of technicians across shifts and during leave cover Ensure full compliance with SLA/KPIs, client systems (Remedy/Auto-task), and cloud protocols What You'll Bring Time-served technical trade background in mechanical/electrical/data centre systems Ideally 5 years overall experience with 2 years at management level Experience in mission-critical operations (UPS, BMS, chillers, gensets, optical infrastructure) Proven leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 data centre environment Strong understanding of H&S and compliance obligations Confident communicator, highly organised, tech-literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) Calm under pressure and passionate about service excellence Current Safe Pass holder.
