Job Title: Site Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of a residential development project.
* Project – Residential Development in Co. Louth
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on high volume residential developments, capable of turning over 60-80 units per year.
The project is expected to run for the next 3-4 years with multiple phases planned.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and supervise the construction of the residential development.
2. Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
3. Oversee onsite activities, manage manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors across multiple phases.
4. Liaise with clients, shareholders, and buyers.
5. Assist in the sales process and handover of houses to new homeowners.
6. Supervise works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
7. Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, labour, materials ordering, and meet deadlines.
8. Perform company administration procedures and record site performance and progress.
