Job Title: Store Manager
This is a leadership role where you will have the autonomy to lead your team, make commercial decisions and play a key part in our continued success. Our store operates within a dynamic retail environment with high sales targets.
About You
* A proven retail management background ideally within fashion or lifestyle retail;
* Strong leadership skills demonstrated through driving team performance;
* Fully organised with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives;
• Manage all operational aspects of the store including staff scheduling, stock control, visual merchandising,
& recruitment.
