Location: The Oar Bar and Restaurant, Crosshaven, Co. Cork
Salary: €17 per hour (circa)

About the Role:
The Oar Bar and Restaurant is a busy seaside venue in Crosshaven, Co. Cork, known for quality food and a vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Manage your section efficiently and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
* Support senior chefs in day-to-day operations and smooth service.
* Maintain HACCP and food safety standards.
* Assist with menu preparation and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
* Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation.
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
