Process Packaging Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – Ireland
Our client is a CDMO specialising in Packaging Services across OSD, API and Sterile Injectables are seeking the expertise of a Process Engineer. The company is currently in an exciting growth phase and seeking an individual to join their team in Ireland
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. To complete the relevant process engineering to ensure the successful install and integration of the new manufacturing lines.
2. Working with existing Engineers to develop SOPs in compliance with / accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
3. Working with existing Engineers to develop Work Instructions
4. Ensure all activities meet the expectations of clients but more specifically meet regulatory requirements (HPRA/ FDA).
5. All relevant responsibilities to support in getting the client efficient and effective on the lines quickly
Desirable experience:
6. Experience in a Process Engineering role for new manufacturing lines
7. Process Engineering experience with SOPs, Work Instructions etc.
8. Experience developing processes and ensuring efficient manufacturing on new lines.
9. Packaging experience
