Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading and fast-growing professional services firm in Dublin city, currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.
This firm has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to expand with ambitious plans for the future. To support this trajectory, they are looking to appoint an Audit Manager to strengthen their management team and play a key role in the next phase of development in the firm.
This position is ideal for a practice-trained professional with at least 2 years' PQE, seeking a dynamic opportunity within a growing and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role
* Manage a wide range of audit, accounting and advisory services for clients
* Lead and deliver audits in line within the firm
* Manage and develop your audit team
* Manage budgets, timelines and client communications
* Review audit files and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
The Candidate
* Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CPA (2 years+ PQE)
* Extensive audit experience from a large or medium sized practice is required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
