Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the construction management department, you will be responsible for providing cost management services, managing project teams, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent cost control, procurement, contract administration, and client relationship skills, as well as strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. A BSc in a relevant discipline is required, along with RICS/SCSI Chartered status and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide full Cost Management Services for all project stages
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication
* Manage project teams and take ownership of various project types
Requirements:
* RICS/SCSI Chartered status with a BSc in a relevant discipline
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Excellent IT Skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
