Sales Support Administrator
Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare
Salary: €27,000 – €30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Permanent, Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (Fully Office-Based)
Are you organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the sportswear industry for a sales support administrator to join their team in Maynooth.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting and processing customer orders
Liaising with sales reps and following up with suppliers
Handling inbound calls and emails – responding to queries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Managing client relationships and ensuring timely communication
Ordering stock and managing the online store
Handling occasional click & collect customer visits
Some light manual handling
General office administration and reporting tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
1+ years previous experience in administration/sales support
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
Works well as part of a team and can also manage tasks independently
