A law firm in Dublin is seeking to recruit a newly qualified corporate solicitor or a solicitor with one years' corporate experience to join their team.The team regularly advises on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters across a variety of sectors.Key responsibilities:Support senior fee earners by providing technically sound legal advice directly to clients with appropriate supervisionContribute to producing fee estimates and quotationsEnsure clients are fully informed as to the fees and disbursements that will be incurred on each matter and provide updates as requiredDeliver excellent client service at all timesThe newly qualified corporate solicitor must be a qualified in Ireland/UK. Excellent drafting and written communication skills. Build productive and strong relationships both internally and externally and identify and follow through business development opportunities.
