NEOS Engineering are working in partnership with a leading construction technology provider who are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover Dublin and the Leinster region.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class brand in construction technology, selling advanced machine control, site positioning, and surveying solutions used to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency across the construction and civil engineering sectors.
The Role
* Manage sales across Dublin and the wider Leinster territory, developing strong relationships with contractors, plant hire firms, and civil engineering companies.
* Promote and sell machine control systems for excavators and dozers, site positioning equipment, and surveying and data management tools used in modern construction and earthworks.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service to existing customers.
* Conduct on-site demonstrations, coordinate product trials, and work closely with technical support teams to ensure successful implementation.
* Achieve sales targets through a consultative, solution-led approach focused on customer needs.
* Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in construction technology, surveying, or capital equipment sales (e.g. GPS systems, machine control, or heavy plant).
* Strong understanding of earthworks, civil engineering, and construction workflows.
* Established network within the construction and plant hire industry in Dublin and Leinster would be advantageous.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
The Package
* €55,000 – €80,000 basic salary, depending on experience
