Key Responsibilities:
* Incentive Strategy & Advisory: Develop and implement robust incentive strategies to ensure maximum eligibility for tax credits, grants, and other schemes administered by IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, and Revenue.
* Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting to model the impact of tax reliefs and grant funding on business performance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Legal, Grant Coordinators, and Government Affairs, to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all tax and grant claims, ensuring audit-readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or a related field, coupled with at least 35 years of experience in financial analysis or tax advisory, with a proven understanding of Irish tax incentives.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.
* 35 years of experience in financial analysis or tax advisory with proven knowledge of Irish tax incentives.
* Detailed understanding of Revenue's R&D tax credit regime, Knowledge Development Box (KDB), and capital allowances.
* Experience working with IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, or similar grant-awarding bodies is highly desirable.
