We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HRConnect team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.

Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and onboarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
The HR Administrator will work as part of a centralised first-level support team providing effective and efficient HR administrative support to the business. The team, currently made up of 12 people, is responsible for all administration tasks relating to Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits, with support on Recruitment and Student Services when required. The team uses Workday, our Human Capital system, and is continuously looking at ways to work differently and more efficiently leveraging digital tools where possible.
Purpose-led work you’ll be part of;
As an HR Administrator, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role is dynamic, with projects and tasks assigned to you varying throughout the year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Deliver top-class customer service on HR queries managed through a centralised mailbox, ticket management system (ServiceNow), in-person, or via phone.
2. Ensure the quality of HRConnect outputs is always of the highest standards.
3. Maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records (Workday), documentation, reporting, and compliance.
4. Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.
5. Partner with wider HR team and other key stakeholders to resolve HR matters and queries.
6. Support the management of the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Ensure accurate records are kept in line with data protection and audit requirements.
8. Be curious and utilise available technologies to ensure you employ the most optimal solutions when completing tasks.
Experience and skills
1. Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent desirable but not essential.
2. 1+ years proven experience in an HR administration role desirable.
3. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills essential.
4. Experience with Workday and Microsoft desirable.
5. HR Administrator looking to broaden your experience.
6. Exceptional data quality, organisational, and time management skills.
7. Strong attention to detail, solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Adaptable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively under pressure.
9. Enjoy working in a team with a collaborative and positive attitude.
