Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our team, specializing in large-scale residential renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background across multiple trades, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Carry out various skilled trade tasks including carpentry, drywall, tiling and basic plumbing or Block work as requiredRead and interpret construction plans and drawingsCollaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to meet deadlinesEnsure work is completed to high standards and adheres to building codes and safety regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with clients and team membersRequirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential renovations (large-scale projects preferred)Proficiency in a variety of trades (e.g., carpentry, framing, finishing, drywall, tiling)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-siteOwn transport and full driving license – essentialBasic tools and PPEAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyExcellent attention to detail and pride in workmanshipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
