Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to lead our operations across multiple locations.
* Franhisee Support and Relationship Management:
* The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, staff, and customers.
* Operations Management:
* The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all locations.
* Regularly visit stores to assess performance, conduct business reviews, provide feedback, and ensure operational standards are met.
* Analyze sales figures and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Human Resources:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Marketing and Sales Growth:
* The Area Manager will work with the Head of Operations and Marketing Department to implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a franchise or multi-site environment. Min 2 years of experience.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
