Job Description
The Sales Executive Apprentice will embark on a comprehensive 12-month training programme that will equip them with the knowledge and skills required to become a successful Sales Executive. The programme includes extensive training on the sales process, database management, marketing, customer service, and product knowledge.
During this period, the apprentice will work closely with experienced sales executives, learning from their expertise and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of sales. They will also receive regular mentoring and guidance to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and understand the sales process and sales techniques
* Develop strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
* Work closely with sales managers to achieve sales targets and improve performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is desirable but not essential.
